You don't need to be a diver to join us. Transfers from other qualifications welcome.

BSAC Diver training is accepted worldwide (same as PADI)

• Annual (2008/09) membership fees:
  STAFF £199
  STUDENT £120
  Returning STAFF & STUDENTS reduced
• Qualify as Ocean Diver by:
  • Fast Track qualification by end of November 2008: 26 new members attended on 11 October. OT1 to OT7 (all Ocean Diver Theory) was completed thus leaving Monday evenings for skills development in the  Pool. Final Open Water qualification in Tenerife, 15-22 November 2008, (Open Water with Wannadive). Congratulations to all qualifying Ocean Divers (see pix) 
  • Study throughout 2008/09 with attendance each Monday evening. Final Qualification in UK (Open Water) - will be Spring 2009. Blue Lagoon water temperature is 11 degrees (25 October 2008)

• BSAC Ocean Diver then BSAC Sports Diver qualifications.
• Open Water Training is at Blue Lagoon and Capernwray (but note FAST TRACK option in Tenerife)
• Try Dive day on 5/6th September 2008: 58 university staff had a great time (+ video)
